By accessing or using the TradeCal platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradeCal regarding your use of the Services.

TradeCal provides a business management platform for tradespeople, including tools for scheduling, invoicing, client management, and online booking. The specific features and functionality of the Services may change from time to time.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

Use of our Services requires payment of fees as described on our pricing page. We offer a 14-day free trial, after which payment is required to continue using the Services.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Payment must be made using the methods specified on our website. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred.

No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service or for periods where you did not use the Services.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of any third party.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others

TradeCal is not responsible for any data breaches, unauthorized access, or cyber attacks that may occur despite our security measures.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeCal and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account cancellation feature within the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
